Custom Software

Custom CRM and ERP: run your business from one screen.

We build company-specific CRM and ERP systems: service and appointment management, field sales tracking, and construction and project ERP. We don't install off-the-shelf packages; the software is written around your process, and the source code stays with you.

  • 8 software products: 4 industry-specific, 4 of our own
  • 3 processes: service, field sales, projects
  • 0 per-user monthly license fee

What we do

We start where the ready-made package ends.

Digitalpedi develops CRM and ERP systems written around each business's own processes. From the appointment to the work order, from the field visit to the project cost, we bring work that is now scattered across Excel files and WhatsApp groups into a single panel.

We also run our own agency operations on a CRM we wrote ourselves, with 10 modules: Dashboard, Customers, Pre-meetings, Appointments, Quotes, Services, Finance, Reports, Assistant, Settings. We use the approach we recommend to clients in our own business first.

Compared with off-the-shelf SaaS products, the real difference is not a feature list but ownership: the source code and data stay with you, there is no monthly license fee per user, and when you ask for a change your request doesn't queue on a provider's global roadmap. A detailed comparison is in the table below.

Solution areas

Three processes we solve.

Service & Appointment CRM

A service management system that tracks the whole job on one screen, from appointment to delivery: pre-meeting, appointment, work record, warranty record and customer history.

Modules running in this system

  • Pre-meeting record and customer follow-up
  • Appointment calendar and daily plan
  • Job/application record: which work was done for whom
  • Handoff to the warranty record on the brand's head-office site and the customer-facing lookup
  • SMS notification management
  • Customer history and repeat-job tracking

These modules run in the service management system we built for Solar Gard authorized application centers and in the Medikal Patron CRM used by Reslife Medikal. Client work: Solar Gard network

The module list varies by company; in the discovery meeting we map your current process and decide together which screens are needed.

Service & Appointment CRM: the process step by step (in Turkish)

“Appointments are on the phone, job records are in a notebook, and nobody has the warranty details at hand.”

Field Sales Management

A sales management system that makes your field team's visits, meeting outcomes and target tracking visible from the center.

Modules running in this system

  • Regional business discovery on a map
  • Stage-by-stage sales pipeline tracking
  • Meeting notes and visit history
  • Request form with photos and instant notification
  • Period-based sales funnel and metrics dashboard
  • Mobile app that works in the field without internet (PWA)

We built this solution for ourselves first: our sales team manages the field through a mobile app that also works offline.

The module list varies by company; in the discovery meeting we map your current process and decide together which screens are needed.

Field Sales Management: the process step by step (in Turkish)

“You don't know how many visits happened in the field today, or what came out of them, until the evening.”

Construction & Project ERP

An ERP that manages project-based work: staff, materials, expenses and income, payment tracking and completion status on the same screen.

Modules running in this system

  • Survey and quote management
  • Project tracking and work calendar
  • Finance and cash ledger
  • Stock, suppliers and purchasing
  • Pre-meeting and customer records
  • Reporting

These modules are in daily use in the Geo Enerji CRM we developed for a company running projects in the energy sector. Software: Geo Enerji CRM

The module list varies by company; in the discovery meeting we map your current process and decide together which screens are needed.

Construction & Project ERP: the process step by step (in Turkish)

“You can only work out which project made a profit months after the job is finished.”

Comparison

How it differs from off-the-shelf software.

Both are valid choices. The table below is there so you can see which one fits your situation.

Comparison of off-the-shelf packages/SaaS and company-specific development on process fit, per-user cost, ownership and changes
TopicOff-the-shelf / SaaSCompany-specific development
Process fit The company adapts to the way the software works. The software is written around the company's existing process.
Per-user cost Usually a monthly fee per user. No recurring license fee tied to the number of users.
Ownership Data and software stay with the provider. The source code and data stay in your name.
Changes Requests queue; no separate development is done for each company. Changes are made directly on your own version.

FAQ

About business software

If your question isn't here, write to us.

Ask on WhatsApp
01Why custom software instead of a ready-made CRM/ERP?

With ready-made packages the company has to adapt to the way the software works; your process can only stretch as far as the product allows. With custom development the software is written around your current process, and when you want a change your request doesn't queue on a provider's roadmap.

02Who keeps the source code and data?

The source code and database stay in your name. If you want to hand the software to another team, we hand everything over; there is no lock-in with us.

03What determines the cost?

The number of screens and modules, the integrations to be built and optional maintenance. There is no recurring license item tied to the number of users, so the cost doesn't grow as your team grows.

04Can it talk to our existing systems?

Yes. Integrations with services such as accounting software, e-commerce infrastructure, SMS providers, calendars and WhatsApp can be built through APIs. We confirm which integrations are possible in the discovery phase by looking at the other side's API.

05How does a project run? Is it delivered all at once?

We work in phases. At the end of each phase you see a working version; because the project runs on a scope fixed up front, there are no surprises along the way.

06Do you only work with companies in Mersin?

No. We run web and print work mostly in and around Mersin; we deliver software projects remotely across Türkiye.

07Do we host the software ourselves?

It depends on your preference. You can host it on your own server or a cloud provider; we handle the setup and the migration.

Where to start?

Let's talk through the process first, then write the software.

Let's map your current flow together: where each step gets stuck, which screens you really need. We don't talk price before the scope is clear.

Or fill in the contact form and we will get back to you.
