Project Overview

On its own site, XPEL Türkiye is described as a dealer network offering paint protection film (PPF), window film, ceramic coating, architectural window film and marine protection through authorized dealer workshops. Digitalpedi built the network’s main site and the sites of the İzmir and Trabzon dealers from a single Astro codebase. The three sites are live on three separate domains, and the directory on the main site lists 17 authorized dealers in 7 cities.

One codebase, three separate sites

A single Astro codebase generates the three XPEL network sites: the main site, İzmir and Trabzon. What differs between them lives in each site’s own configuration file; the name, address, phone, service scope and contact channels are defined there, while the design and technical foundation are shared. If a field isn’t defined, the related block doesn’t appear on the page at all; the main office’s WhatsApp line or Instagram account never shows up on dealer sites.

A shared fix is made in one place. But because each site is published as its own Cloudflare Pages project, the fix is sent to the three sites separately. Adding a new site starts with writing a new configuration file.

Main site and dealer directory

The main site is a routing site: it has no workshop of its own and sends visitors to an authorized dealer based on their city. It publishes no address, email or business hours; contact is only through a WhatsApp line and an Instagram account.

The dealer directory lists 17 authorized dealers in 7 cities: 7 in İstanbul, 4 in Antalya, 2 in Ankara, and one each in İzmir, Trabzon, Konya and Tekirdağ. It can be filtered with city chips and searched by typing; the page has a map of Türkiye with 7 province markers and structured data for each dealer (AutomotiveBusiness and ItemList schema). Of the 17 dealers in the directory, Digitalpedi built the sites of the İzmir and Trabzon dealers, and both are linked from the directory.

Site assistant and color picker

The site assistant works with a decision tree on all three sites and is not connected to a language model. Answers come from the site’s own content through local keyword matching. This is a deliberate decision: it is technically impossible for the assistant to produce a price, duration or warranty answer that isn’t on the site. On the main site the assistant asks for the service and city and shows the matching dealer card; on dealer sites it turns the service, scope and vehicle details into a pre-filled WhatsApp message.

The Color PPF color picker lets visitors choose a vehicle type and a color and see the combination: 3 vehicle types and 16 colors make 48 swatches. The swatches are pre-rendered images, so no WebGL or 3D engine is needed. The picker appears on the homepage and the PPF page and works the same on all three sites. The main site’s note on the color picker is also explicit: the colors are representative, and for an actual sample you need to contact an authorized dealer.

Domain and search visibility

The addresses of the site that was previously live on xpelturkiye.com were redirected to the new pages with 301 redirects. The main site went live as a rebuild of the earlier site on this domain; old product detail and blog URLs go to the related service page or the homepage, and the old installer center URL goes to the dealer directory.

All three sites have canonical and Open Graph tags, a sitemap, robots.txt and llms.txt. On the schema side, the main site has Organization, Brand, WebSite, FAQPage and service/offer nodes, while the dealer sites have an AutomotiveBusiness record with address and business hours and a 12-question FAQ. On the main site, phone and WhatsApp clicks are measured as separate events in analytics; a click to another dealer’s channel in the directory is not counted as a conversion for the main office.

XPEL CRM

XPEL CRM is a multi-tenant management software developed for dealers and is currently in the demo/beta stage. It is designed so the main office sees all dealers while each dealer manages only its own customers, vehicles, work orders and appointments. Its modules include initial consultations, a custom calendar, account and installment tracking, a dashboard, reports and a role matrix. The software is written in React and TypeScript and runs on Firebase (authentication, Firestore and Cloud Functions).

Custom software work is on the Custom Software page; another example of the dealer network approach is the Solar Gard Türkiye project.

Verification

The footer of all three sites carries the credit “Yazılım Digitalpedi tarafından yapılmıştır.” (Software built by Digitalpedi), and the word “Digitalpedi” links to digitalpedi.com. This credit was checked on xpelturkiye.com, xpelizmir.com and xpeltrabzon.com on September 30, 2026. The color picker (3 vehicle types × 16 colors) was counted on the live site the same day. The dealer directory was recounted on October 25, 2026: 17 dealers in 7 cities (it was 14 on September 30; the number changes as the directory is updated). XPEL® is a registered trademark.

FAQ

Frequently asked about XPEL Türkiye.

Ask on WhatsApp
01Who built the XPEL Türkiye website?

Digitalpedi, a Mersin-based software company, built the XPEL Türkiye website (xpelturkiye.com). The İzmir and Trabzon dealer sites are part of the same project and are generated from the same codebase. The linked credit in the footer of all three sites, “Yazılım Digitalpedi tarafından yapılmıştır.” (Software built by Digitalpedi), confirms it.

02How many sites are in the XPEL network Digitalpedi built?

The network Digitalpedi built has three sites: the main site xpelturkiye.com, the İzmir dealer xpelizmir.com and the Trabzon dealer xpeltrabzon.com. All three are generated from a single Astro codebase. Each site's name, address and contact channels are kept in its own configuration file, while the design and technical foundation are shared.

03What technologies were the XPEL Türkiye sites built with?

The sites are generated statically with Astro. We used Tailwind CSS for styling, TypeScript for type-safe code, and GSAP and Lenis for motion. Each site is live as a separate Cloudflare Pages project; a shared fix is made in one place but published to the three sites separately.

04How does the XPEL Türkiye dealer locator work?

The directory on the main site lists 17 authorized dealers in 7 cities. Visitors pick a city chip or search, and each dealer's address, services and contact channels appear. The page also includes a map of Türkiye and structured dealer data for search engines.

05Is the assistant on the XPEL Türkiye site AI?

No. The assistant is not connected to a language model; it works with a decision tree and local keyword matching, and draws its answers from the site's own content. It doesn't quote prices or durations, since the dealer provides those, so it can't invent a price or duration that isn't on the site.

06What software was built for XPEL Türkiye?

Digitalpedi built XPEL CRM, a multi-tenant management software for dealers, covering customer, vehicle, work order, appointment and account tracking. It is designed so the main office sees all dealers while each dealer manages only its own records. The software is currently in the demo/beta stage.
