Project Overview
Stone Athletic is a studio in Yenişehir, Mersin offering one-on-one private training, group classes, athletic performance and children’s athletic performance classes. Digitalpedi built two separate products for the studio: the 13-page marketing site at stoneathletic.co and a login-protected, Firebase-based PWA management app. Both use the same brand system and were developed in August 2026 following a phased plan.
A marketing site that doesn’t publish unverified data
Stone Athletic’s marketing site was built on the principle of not publishing unverified business information: class prices and current availability are not listed on the pages, and visitors are directed to WhatsApp for them. The sitemap has 13 pages: the home page, about, a services page with four service details, FAQ, contact, the blog and three posts. The page schema includes ExerciseGym with LocalBusiness, WebSite and FAQPage types; coordinates, opening hours, price range and rating were deliberately left out of the schema.
Four Google Business Profile reviews are shown on the home page unedited, and they are not added to the structured data. The robots.txt is open to AI search bots, and llms.txt summarizes the business, the four services and the blog posts in a machine-readable form. The 17 questions on the FAQ page are presented as accordions that work without JavaScript.
A booking flow that carries visitors to WhatsApp
At Stone Athletic, classes are scheduled by appointment, so the site directs visitors to WhatsApp and the phone. The “Which class is right for you?” assistant on the home page points visitors to one of the four class models with a single question; the result either opens the class page or starts a conversation on WhatsApp. The message of anyone who fills in the contact form opens ready-made in WhatsApp and can be edited before sending.
The Google Map loads only when “Load the map” is clicked. The video backgrounds on the home page play as landscape or portrait clips depending on screen width, without being preloaded.
A management app behind a login
The Stone Athletic management app is a PWA behind a login, built to track the studio’s members, packages and classes. It has two roles, administrator and member; the administrator creates member accounts, and there is no self-registration. Its scope includes packages, classes with capacity limits, a day-week-month calendar, payments, measurement charts, a 0–100 performance score across four categories, a weekly training program, achievement badges, and finance and member reports. Four PDF templates (progress report, training program, member report and finance report) are generated with Turkish character support.
It is not a mobile app downloaded from an app store; it is a mobile-first web app that can be added to the home screen. Notifications are delivered in the app and via Web Push, the architecture is prepared for adding a WhatsApp channel, and reading works offline. The general framework of our custom software work is on the Custom Software page, and the website side is covered on the Corporate Websites page.
Business logic locked to the server
In the Stone Athletic app, the rules for remaining class credits, class capacity, a single active package and duplicate notifications are bound to Cloud Functions transactions. Because these rules affect several records at once, they were not left to Firestore security rules alone; they run on the server as a single operation. According to the project closing records, this behavior was tested with 98 rules tests, 83 emulator tests and 145 unit tests.
A shared brand system
Stone Athletic’s two products share one brand system: the colors, blue and red, are taken from the brand PDF, and the typefaces are Anton, Barlow Condensed and Barlow. Because only a demo version of the brand’s own font was available, that font was not published; the logo was prepared as an SVG from the vector in the brand PDF.
Verification
The site details in this page were verified on the live site on September 30, 2026: stoneathletic.co opens, the sitemap has 13 URLs, and the footer link “Yazılım: Digitalpedi” (Software: Digitalpedi) goes to digitalpedi.com. The numbers were counted from the site’s sitemap and pages, and readers can count them in the same place.
The management app is behind a login and closed to search engines, so it has no public screens. We checked on the same day that the app is live as an installable web app; the app details on this page are based on our project records and cannot be counted from outside.
