Project Overview
Redwood Premium Works is a construction and renovation firm in Mersin offering turnkey villa construction, villa and apartment renovation, office and commercial fit-outs, and partial renovation. We built a new corporate website to replace the firm’s old one, and it is live on the firm’s own domain. The live sitemap has 25 pages, including 5 service pages, 10 blog posts, and the client work, process, FAQ and contact pages.
A setup that left placeholder content behind
When setting up the Redwood Premium Works site, we reviewed one by one what to carry over from the old site. The sample blog posts, sample projects and locations, and the non-working social media and WhatsApp links were not carried over. The new site has no social media links; a phone link and a WhatsApp link with a prefilled message take their place.
The project gallery page was also built as an unpretentious selection. It offers a filterable gallery in 5 categories: villa and turnkey, renovation and interiors, office and commercial, structural and shell work, detail and craftsmanship. The images can be enlarged, but they carry no client, location or date information and are not tied to a specific project. A note on the page says project detail pages are being prepared. For that reason, we also do not present the site’s gallery images as specific projects of the firm on this project page.
Service pages, blog and search visibility
Each service on the Redwood Premium Works site has its own page: turnkey villa construction, villa renovation and refurbishment, apartment construction and renovation, office and commercial renovation, and partial renovation and construction. Each service page has FAQs specific to that service. The blog has 10 posts on topics such as villa costs in Mersin, insulation, permit and occupancy certificate procedures, and office renovation. The posts on urban transformation and on permits and occupancy certificates open with a note that regulations may change over time. The process page has five steps and is marked up with HowTo structured data.
On the search side, the site uses GeneralContractor structured data for the firm, Service and FAQPage for the service pages and HowTo for the process page; a sitemap, robots.txt and llms.txt are live too. A 301 redirect map from old site URLs to the new pages is in place: old project and gallery URLs go to the project gallery page, and the old team URL goes to the process page. Structured data and keeping old URLs alive with 301 redirects are steps we also apply in our SEO consulting service.
Site survey requests and contact
Contact on the Redwood Premium Works site works three ways: phone, WhatsApp with a prefilled message, and a site survey request form. On mobile, a fixed “Hemen Ara” (Call now) and WhatsApp bar sits at the bottom of the screen. The form has fields for full name, phone, email, district, service of interest and a project note.
The form sends the request to a Cloudflare Pages Function endpoint, which distributes it to channels switched on through environment variables (webhook, email, Telegram). If no channel is configured or delivery fails, a WhatsApp message prefilled with the visitor’s details opens.
Design and infrastructure
The design direction for the Redwood Premium Works site is built on a warm limestone-toned background, sharp unrounded corners, Instrument Serif for headings and Inter Tight for body text. The motion layer relies on GSAP and ScrollTrigger, and smooth scrolling on Lenis; for visitors who prefer reduced motion or have JavaScript turned off, the content is visible from the first frame.
Pages are generated statically with Astro; styles are written with Tailwind CSS and code in TypeScript. Images are prepared as AVIF and WebP, fonts are served from the site itself, and the firm’s logo was converted to vector (SVG) format for the site. The site runs on Cloudflare Pages.
Verification
The live Redwood Premium Works site (redwoodyapiinsaat.com) was audited on October 11, 2026. All 25 pages in the sitemap opened; all of them carry the “Yazılım: Digitalpedi” footer link to digitalpedi.com, and none has a flag that blocks search engines.
The numbers on this page were counted the same day from the live site’s sitemap and pages: 25 addresses in the sitemap, 29 images in 5 categories on the project gallery page, and 5 steps on the process page. The number of images in the gallery does not mean the number of completed projects.
